Delivery Station Team Lead (Logistics)

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing in line with operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage slow-moving stock.
• Plan storage areas, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and cargo safety.
• Handle damaged goods, order anomalies, and other operational exceptions.
• Record operational data, identify process bottlenecks, and support workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse, delivery station, or logistics operations.
• Ability to follow operational standards and maintain accurate inbound, outbound, and inventory records.
• Ability to manage inventory discrepancies and operational exceptions.
• Commitment to warehouse safety, compliance, and high-quality execution.
