Production Associate II - 1st Shift

Location: Salisbury, North Carolina, USA; onsite work in a manufacturing environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Salary: $18–$21 per hour, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment, including molds, saws, and routers.
• Complete work orders and produce parts within required tolerances and production rates.
• Measure product quality using measurement instruments, calculators, and basic mathematical calculations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation while following safety and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• At least one year of manufacturing or machine operation experience or training.
• High school diploma, GED, TASC, or an equivalent combination of education and life experience is highly desired.
• Ability to work onsite in the manufacturing facility in Salisbury, North Carolina.
• Effective English communication by telephone, in person, and in writing.
• Basic mechanical skills, ability to read basic drawings, and ability to interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and company policy documents.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, use hands, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally; PPE is required.
