Corporate Legal Recruiter

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Salary: $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring criteria, and compelling job descriptions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, technology, recruiting partners, events, and other channels.
• Optimize job postings and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and build strong relationships with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Support talent acquisition strategy and hiring initiatives across the legal divisions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn a business quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
