Operations Specialist, SBB

Salary: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets.

What you will do

• Collect and review new small business account applications and supporting documentation.
• Assess applications against bank risk tolerance guidelines and assign them to Relationship Managers.
• Perform due diligence on deposit accounts and support compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
• Manage the Small Business Banking email inbox and inbound customer service cases.
• Resolve customer requests or route them to the appropriate Relationship Manager.
• Recommend and lead procedural and process improvements as the Small Business Banking subject matter expert.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services support or processing.
• Ability to review documentation, assess risk, and support customer account servicing.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego headquarters.
