Business Analyst (CRM/CPQ)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; in-person onboarding and/or identity verification may be required.

Salary: $74,000–$131,890 base annually for U.S.-based roles, with offers depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Analyze complex business problems by gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques.
• Align business requirements with strategic program objectives and document requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Facilitate collaboration between business partners, product managers, business architecture, IT, and engineering teams.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and provide clarification and guidance throughout development.
• Support the full project lifecycle from discovery and solution design through testing and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system implementations.
• Experience analyzing complex processes and driving improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and experience facilitating working sessions.
• Experience producing business requirements, user stories, and UAT documentation for transformation projects.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or SAP S/4.
