Accounting Software Consultant

Location: Remote, United States; Colorado. Travel requirement: 25%.

Salary: $85,900–$118,100 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with construction customers to analyze business goals and design software strategies using the hirify.global ConstructionOne product suite.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including process reviews, system setup, testing, data import, and custom reporting.
• Deliver application training and readiness assessments to support product adoption and customer success.
• Manage implementation risks, resolve delivery obstacles, and maintain billable utilization targets.
• Collaborate across a matrixed environment to deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, training, technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Expertise in accounting or construction domains.
• Experience with customer support, strategic client management, process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and interactive presentations.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with complex implementation workflows.
• Must work remotely from the United States, with 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint, or hirify.global ConstructionOne.
• Subject matter expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience mapping accounting data and building reports.
• Experience managing multiple complex implementations and supporting strategic clients with more than 100 employees.
