Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, end users, and other stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications with the technical team.
• Support testing by developing test cases, performing user acceptance testing, and coordinating with QA.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, progress updates, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience performing business analysis across processes, systems, and data.
• Ability to elicit, prioritize, and clearly document business requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and related documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into solution specifications.
• Experience with test case development and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to support project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
