Senior Product Manager (Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command

What you will do

• Collaborate with a feature team to shape the product roadmap, vision, and strategy.
• Manage the full lifecycle of core features, from specification and requirements through launch, quality control, release analysis, and reporting.
• Prioritize player experience by identifying player issues and using community and user feedback to improve the game.
• Analyze game and market metrics to produce actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable product objectives.
• Lead daily tasks and larger projects while maintaining quality and timely execution.
• Align creative, design, engineering, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders around the product vision.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems.
• Extensive experience in content development and a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Strong communication, collaboration, player empathy, and experience with user research or community feedback.
• Experience driving impact across creative, design, and engineering teams.
