What you will do

• Own the content and performance strategy for monthly Star Trek Fleet Command releases.
• Define and manage the content calendar with Design, Production, and Engineering.
• Use data and experimentation to optimize monetization, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle.
• Develop personalization and segmentation strategies based on player behavior across geographies and platforms.
• Align content with long-term progression and economic balance while avoiding inflation.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and content verticals, including competitive research and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetization, engagement, and content development systems.
• Data-native mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, design, engineering, product, and data teams.
• Experience with player research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional product pods.
