Technical Recruiter (Engineering)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical positions.
• Recruit mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, process, field service, equipment, firmware, embedded, and manufacturing technician talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Partner with account managers and hiring teams to understand business needs and priorities.
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled technical talent.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Ability to manage 3–5 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience conducting phone and virtual candidate interviews.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
