Lead Product Manager (Insights)

Location: Ontario, Canada; remote

Salary: 115,000–118,000 CAD annually for Canada

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Ignite Analyze.
• Lead the Ignite reporting domain across customer-facing and internal business process reporting.
• Partner with Billing, Membership and Operations to design, build, and ship reports and dashboards.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, scoped requirements for engineering.
• Define success metrics and track progress for Ignite Analyze reporting.
• Represent Ignite in Insights-wide planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with reporting, analytics, or BI products.
• Strong technical fluency with data, including the ability to read SQL, data models, and ETL/BI workflows.
• Experience owning a product domain within a larger platform and balancing domain needs with platform priorities.
• Ability to turn ambiguous, non-templated requests into buildable requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with gym management platforms or comparable vertical SaaS products.
• Experience with Power BI, Domo, Looker, ReportCaster, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or Synapse.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club SaaS.
• Experience building reusable reporting patterns and partnering on shared platform roadmaps.
