Product Lead (Analytics & ML)

Location: Remote from anywhere, with the option to work onsite in Belgrade or London

What you will do

• Own the connected predictions, analytics, and A/B testing products.
• Lead a small ML team and shape its operating model and hiring plans.
• Define the prediction engine’s forecasts, accuracy standards, and customer validation methods.
• Improve dashboard speed, accuracy, and usability with the product and engineering teams.
• Decide how existing ML capabilities should be implemented in dashboards, experiments, or other products.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with code or models sufficient to make independent technical decisions.
• Strong mathematics and classical ML knowledge, including model selection, metrics, and forecasting horizons.
• Experience owning and shipping a product and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Strong SQL skills and a habit of validating numbers independently.
