Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: New York, NY, United States; combination of onsite and remote support

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, including bonus, benefits, and equity

What you will do

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across macOS and Windows environments for production, creative, and corporate teams.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise software.
• Troubleshoot business applications, conference room systems, digital signage, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Assist with WiFi and network deployments across campuses, studios, and remote production locations using Cisco, Ubiquiti, Starlink, and MiFi.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, training guides, hardware inventories, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Support network infrastructure, MDM deployment, access control, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT support or administration experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, and MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or FleetDM.
• Solid understanding of DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, cabling, and related networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with IT ticketing, asset management, SaaS administration, or media production environments; certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT, Apple ACMT, Microsoft 365, or CCNA are relevant.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux, scripting, or automation tools.
• Experience in media production, content creation, or entertainment.
