Structured Investments Distribution - Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote flexibility on Friday.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus commission eligibility and equity for full-time employees.

hirify.global provides financial technology and investment solutions, with the Structured Investments team working closely with bank issuers, clients, financial advisors, and distribution teams.

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments for licensed sales professionals, including 50 or more calls per day.
• Learn hirify.global products and communicate their objectives, risks, features, and benefits.
• Analyze regional and product sales trends across broker-dealer firms and individual financial advisors.
• Support senior sales professionals within an assigned territory and partner with external wholesalers and regional distribution teams.
• Use contact management systems to record information and schedule follow-up activities.
• Learn financial markets and portfolio strategies while preparing for required licenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• General knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Series 7, Series 63, and SIE licenses, or the ability to obtain them within four months of hire.
• Ability to work in the New York office Monday–Thursday.

• Sales or client service experience in financial services.
