SVP, Product (AI)

Location: Remote-optional within the United States

Salary: $285,000–$315,000 per year, plus a 25% bonus. Eligibility depends on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead Product, Design, and AI Enablement strategy, priorities, decision rights, and operating cadence.
• Translate emerging technologies, behaviors, and opportunities into product choices and experiments.
• Partner with business leaders to define product opportunities, outcomes, and investment decisions.
• Develop product management standards through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Establish a path from AI experiments and local workflows to durable, supported products and shared platforms.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in software, information services, media, or another fast-moving environment.
• Experience bringing Product and Design together and managing prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including using AI to accelerate work and prototype useful products and workflows.
• Technical fluency across product strategy, workflows, tooling, data, and production tradeoffs.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, make difficult tradeoffs, establish useful governance, and turn ambiguity into decisions.
• Track record of turning prototypes and experiments into durable, supported products.
