Location: Remote, Brazil. Monthly Campinas-area management meetings are available as an optional opportunity.

What you will do
- Lead agile processes for teams supporting a North American media client.
- Teach best practices and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Deliver training on agile methodologies, processes, metrics, and AI use in English.
- Support the development of cross-functional software teams and digital products.
- Build trusted relationships with client partners and help improve team practices.
- Manage backlogs and maintain clear organization and communication.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English is required for daily interaction with international clients and partners.
- Experience in software engineering and digital product development.
- Experience building and developing cross-functional development teams.
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, processes, metrics, and AI applications.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a product mindset.

- Availability to participate in monthly best-practice meetings in Campinas or the surrounding region.
