Junior Agile Projects Operation Manager

Location: Hybrid, with up to 3 days per week onsite in San Antonio, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Support Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Coordinate operational support for Agile Capability Development Teams.
• Serve as a backup Scrum Master or Agile Lead by leading ceremonies, managing blockers, and maintaining team momentum.
• Create and deliver team communications, documentation, briefings, and planning artifacts.
• Coordinate tasking for more than 25 developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators, and configuration managers.
• Mentor team members in Agile practices and promote responsible AI tools and automation for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid role with up to 3 days per week onsite in San Antonio, Texas.
• At least 5 years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• Experience processing technical and operational input, creating clear next steps, and producing polished documentation and briefings.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, metrics tracking, issue triage, retrospectives, and structured team reporting.
• Must be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or SAFe, or CAPM/PMP certification.
• Experience with DoD programs, especially direct USAF experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, .NET, Java, ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exposure to or interest in responsible AI solutions for delivery, testing, or knowledge management.
