Junior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Latin America only

What you will do

• Support daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews alongside senior project managers and team leads.
• Maintain user stories, tasks, backlogs, and project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Track team progress, project deadlines, risks, blockers, and basic delivery metrics.
• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and weekly progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline administrative work, documentation, and project-note analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and software development lifecycles.
• Basic exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• English at B2+/C1 level is required for international client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic familiarity with APIs, web and mobile applications, and QA testing.

Nice to have

• Internship, project coordination, or Scrum Master support experience in technology or software.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and task organization.
• CAPM, PSM I, or foundational Scrum Master certification.
