TL;DR

Project Manager (AI) (Software Development/AI): Leading end-to-end software development projects across planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery with an accent on Agile execution, risk management, and AI-powered workflows. Focus on coordinating multiple concurrent projects, optimizing resources, managing delivery risks, and using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation to improve reporting and documentation.

Location: Fully remote, based in Latin America

What you will do

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects within business, timeline, and budget constraints.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, including risks, blockers, vendors, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Own billing, time tracking, forecasting, budget management, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams through coaching, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
Use Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation for reporting, documentation, delivery efficiency, and proactive risk identification.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects across the full SDLC.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Notion, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, API concepts, and sprint-level technical reviews.
Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects.
Prompt engineering experience for documentation, reporting, or team productivity.
