Director, Talent Engine – OperateCo (Data & AI)

Location: US — Work from Home

Salary: $132,149–$193,856.30 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional annual bonus or incentive compensation, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be available.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, build-out, and operations of the OperateCo talent engine for hirify.global’s Data & AI business.
• Build and manage early-career, non-graduate, and graduate sourcing pathways with consistent merit-based selection standards.
• Design and operate an academy that develops production-ready technical operators using OneOS and live Customer Zero engagements.
• Establish certification as the deployment quality bar and drive Forward Deployed Engineer certification for customer assignments.
• Plan cohorts, forecast demand, and deploy certified operators into private cloud, sovereign, and air-gapped customer environments.
• Partner with Palantir, HR, engineering, delivery, sales, and executive leaders while developing the model for hirify.global-wide adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in talent strategy, workforce development, or technical staffing leadership, including 3+ years building a training or certification program from scratch.
• Experience designing and scaling multi-pathway hiring programs for early-career, non-traditional, and graduate candidates.
• Working knowledge of technical delivery models in cloud, data, or AI environments and the ability to define production readiness with engineering and delivery leaders.
• Experience operating with a customer or partner organization on shared standards, plus strong program, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be based in the United States and work from home.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or the Forward Deployed Engineer model.
• Experience creating an internal academy or bootcamp connected to live customer delivery.
• Background in sovereign, private cloud, air-gapped, or regulated delivery environments.
