Co-Manager (Retail)

Location: Onsite at 5400 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Salary: CAD 68,300–81,082.50 per year, determined based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Create operational plans, prioritize work, delegate responsibilities, and maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory flow, and store standards.
• Monitor asset protection, safety, quality assurance, compliance, loss control, and operational reviews.
• Resolve customer needs and complaints while modeling friendly and helpful service practices.
• Lead and develop Assistant Managers through feedback, training, recognition, and professional growth opportunities.
• Implement digital applications and OMNI processes, including training for the management team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must work onsite at the Montreal, Quebec store location.
• Ability to support store operations, customer service, sales performance, safety, and compliance activities.
• Ability to lead, develop, and provide performance feedback to management and store associates.
