What you will do
- Support group medical underwriters with medical underwriting requests.
- Analyze requests and prepare related documentation.
- Administer operational practices, including invoicing.
- Manage information systems and navigate multiple software applications.
- Communicate with customers, clients, physicians, and internal departments by phone, email, and letter.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple software applications.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English and French communication is required for daily collaboration with teams and partners in Canada.
