Product Manager, Washers - Pulp & Energy (Vacuum Washers)

Location: Bedford, NH, United States; the position starts in Bedford for a minimum of one year. The role requires 70–80% travel by vehicle or air. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage the vacuum washer product line for the North America Pulp & Energy team.
• Serve as the technical sales expert and primary contact for internal and external customers.
• Participate in project teams delivering new equipment installations and rebuild projects.
• Develop and implement strategies supporting business-line growth.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues internationally while handling multiple customer cases.

Requirements

• Experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related science, paper, or process technology field.
• Experience in machine or process engineering, paper technologies, or field service.
• Customer service experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency maintaining and developing Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel calculations.
• Ability to travel 70–80% of the time and authorization to work in the United States.
