Product Manager (Electrical)

Location: Hybrid role based in Anoka, Minnesota, United States; travel required up to 15%.

Compensation: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and long-term planning for the Hoffman NEMA Enclosure portfolio through customer voice and market research.
• Translate customer needs into product innovations by partnering with engineering on development and launches.
• Lead competitive intelligence, market analysis, and research into new technologies and markets such as alternative energy, electric vehicles, and ICT.
• Lead new product introductions for internal stakeholders, sales channels, and end customers.
• Support product definition, development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotional plans.
• Manage the full product lifecycle and improve revenue, margins, costs, quality, and delivery through cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or program management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven product marketing and product lifecycle management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Experience with industrial distribution channels, direct sales, and manufacturers’ representatives.
