Director of Product Management (Filtration and Industrial Nets & Nonwovens): Shaping global category strategy, product roadmaps, commercialization, pricing, and portfolio profitability for filtration and industrial materials with an accent on market insights, innovation, and customer value. Focus on developing new products, identifying white-space opportunities, leading stage-gate programs, and optimizing pricing, margins, and operational efficiency.
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, or remote within the United States. Travel requirements: 15%.
Annual salary: $150,000–$180,000, plus short-term and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead product management for the Filtration and Industrial Nets & Nonwovens categories.
- Shape global business strategy, product roadmaps, category plans, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead new product development and commercialization through the stage-gate innovation process.
- Identify market, customer, competitive, and white-space opportunities and turn them into growth plans.
- Set portfolio pricing, improve margins, and optimize revenue, profitability, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service on product activation and customer growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field such as Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- 7+ years of professional job-related experience.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and working in matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial implications, market and business development, and customer-facing product work.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience in a B2B environment; filtration or energy solutions experience is preferred.
