Product Line Management I - New College Grad - Bachelor's (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 20% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support contract service agreement field operations by analyzing KPI gaps, downtime, preventive maintenance metrics, and service product roadmaps.
• Implement component, parts obsolescence, supplier change, replacement, alternative vendor, and cost-reduction roadmaps.
• Drive field productivity improvements, technical capability development, training, certification, and digital service tool adoption.
• Support field escalations and customer requirements by coordinating with Field Service Organization, Global Product Support, Technical Support Engineering, and field experts.
• Track service contract performance KPIs, including uptime, preventive maintenance frequency, and PM green-to-green performance.
• Support product change management, engineering change orders, configuration and BOM accuracy, vendor issues, pricing guidance, and post-release product changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and new college graduate status.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a relevant discipline.
• General business knowledge developed through education or prior experience.
• Ability to use standard procedures to solve problems, analyze information, and make judgments.
• Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California and travel approximately 20% of the time.
