Product Manager (Semiconductor Automation - Vacuum Robots)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on role and business needs. International travel of approximately 20% is required.

Base salary: $118,265.18–$160,005.83 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies for the vacuum robotics portfolio in line with business objectives.
• Define product features and specifications with engineering and R&D teams while ensuring industry and regulatory compliance.
• Build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps based on customer needs, market feedback, and technology developments.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify trends in semiconductor manufacturing and automation.
• Gather and champion voice-of-customer feedback, support customer relationships, and provide technical input when needed.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams through product launches and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management across the product management lifecycle.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
• Familiarity with semiconductor market trends, industry dynamics, and key customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with next-generation semiconductor nodes, advanced packaging, AI, EV automotive, or IoT applications.
