WF Optics Product Lead (Lithography)

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite work in the Wilton factory is required. The role may involve travel to the Veldhoven, Netherlands site and other travel based on business needs. Access to controlled technology requires legal authorization under United States export regulations.

What you will do

• Lead the development and industrialization of complex optics in the Wilton factory.
• Create project plans covering facilities, equipment, tooling, resources, constraints, and solutions.
• Estimate and track product metrics including cycle time, yield, output, and labor hours.
• Evaluate Make/Buy decisions based on manufacturing capability, cost, technology, and time to market.
• Communicate project time, resource, and scope changes to senior management.
• Conduct risk analyses and partner with production, design engineering, and WF Assembly teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a high-tech production environment.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with internal or external customers at a technical or task-management level.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, ERP systems, and informational databases.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States export regulations is required before starting work.
