What you will do
- Design electronic circuit board assemblies according to product specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical designs using oscilloscopes, digital analyzers, multimeters, function generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve technical issues in existing manufacturing products.
- Research alternative components to support procurement and product continuity.
- Create firmware for electrical hardware designed by the company.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, analysis, and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or significant equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and analyzing digital and microprocessor-based circuits.
- Knowledge of PCB layout, power and ground planes, EMI, impedance matching, and transmission lines.
- Experience with digital circuitry, microprocessor architecture, programmable logic, analog circuitry, voltage regulators, transistor design, and analog circuit analysis.
- Ability to work independently within defined programs under the direction of senior engineers.
