Field Service Technician (iGaming)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; daily travel within the assigned territory and up to 30% regional or national travel may be required.

What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Respond to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical service issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys, review installation documents, and identify required parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report service activities, trends, needs, and challenges.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation while following safety and service standards.
• Operate service vehicles and box trucks and perform field work in casino environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean, valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Able to obtain a required gaming license; hirify.global assists with the application, payment, and renewal.
• Willingness to travel daily in the assigned territory, with regional and national travel of up to 30%.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds, push up to 250 pounds with moving equipment, climb ladders, and drive for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or field service technician for technical products.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, diagnostics, on-call work, or business travel.
