Production Helper NA (Chemical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Verify raw materials, labels, weights, and batch information before production.
• Operate mixers and follow documented manufacturing procedures.
• Load materials, collect samples, unload, and package finished products.
• Record production data to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Perform initial product checks, report specification deviations, and maintain clean equipment and work areas.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or 2+ years as a Production Operator I.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and production instructions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with chemical mixing and packaging processes.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience documenting production or quality records.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality and safety management systems.
