Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing operations or multiple production departments.
• Develop production schedules, coordinate activities across areas, and forecast inventory requirements.
• Staff operations, supervise employees and supervisors, and support training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, expenses, output, yields, scrap, and workflow improvement opportunities.
• Manage inventory, supplies, purchase orders, finished-goods packaging, reports, and operational records.
• Maintain machinery and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience as a production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage production operations, employees, inventory, equipment, costs, and quality standards.
