Director Advisory Services Data Engineering and Project Delivery

Location: Remote; travel required within the US, with the posting stating up to 10% in one section and 81–100% in the travel requirements section.

Salary: $141,000–$234,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead advisory engagements, drive project results, and manage client relationships, resources, risks, logistics, and economics.
• Oversee the development, quality, and implementation of client deliverables and analytics solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, create analytics, and improve data ingestion processes.
• Support internal analytics, standard KPI development, best practices, and business development opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while building a productive and collaborative team environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead cross-functional work groups.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare systems finance, operations, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Experience with revenue cycle analytics, Databricks, data pipelines, and data ingestion.
• Strong qualitative analysis, strategic problem-solving, presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others in analytics delivery.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in a relevant area.
