Director Advisory Services Analytics Delivery and Data Engineering (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote; travel 81–100% within the US; travel requirement up to 10% is also stated.

Salary: $141,000–$234,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead healthcare performance-improvement engagements, driving results, customer satisfaction, project profitability, and delivery quality.
• Manage client relationships, engagement resources, project logistics, economics, risks, issues, and business development opportunities.
• Oversee the development, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery of analytics, client deliverables, and value solutions.
• Develop analytics, standard KPIs, data ingestion processes, and data pipelines.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while building a productive and collaborative team environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead internal activities and cross-functional work groups.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate computer programs and software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically.
• Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and manage day-to-day contact with co-workers and/or the public.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Experience overseeing and quality assuring analytics and mentoring others in client deliverable production.
• Effective collaboration with clients and team members and ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.
• Deep expertise in a specific subject-matter area.
• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or support operations, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Revenue cycle analytics experience.
• Experience with DataBricks, pipeline creation, and streamlining data ingestion processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree.
