AVP, Strategy Advancement and Decision Quality (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States

Salary: $184,800–$254,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of enterprise and market-level strategic decisions.
• Evaluate strategic priorities, assumptions, and growth initiatives against market realities and enterprise objectives.
• Establish and enhance decision-making frameworks, governance mechanisms, and strategic review processes.
• Serve as Secretary of Bid Decision Forums, documenting decisions, assumptions, deliberations, votes, and action items.
• Advise executive leaders on complex strategic, operational, market, and provider-related decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while influencing senior stakeholders across business functions.

Requirements

• Experience providing enterprise-level strategic leadership and advisory support.
• Ability to evaluate market dynamics, competitive factors, provider strategy, organizational capabilities, and strategic tradeoffs.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing governance processes and improving decision-making discipline.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative environment.
