Operations Analyst - Rotational Development Program (Supply Chain)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States. Start in Dayton in July 2026. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $49,200–$65,200 per year.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, new product introduction, fulfillment, and strategic supply chain functions.
• Qualify vendors, negotiate pricing, and optimize global procurement processes.
• Coordinate new product introductions from concept through production, including forecasts, material movements, and engineering releases.
• Improve fulfillment center operations, material flow, inventory forecasting, and logistics management.
• Maintain enterprise data warehouses and improve operational data integrity with cross-functional technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
• At least one relevant internship or up to three years of professional experience in operations or supply chain functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to start in Dayton, Ohio in July 2026.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, agility, and ability to work collaboratively while adapting to shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI, computer vision, or machine learning to manufacturing optimization, quality control, or autonomous procurement.
• Advanced data analytics experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, or logistics planning.
• Leadership experience in university organizations, project management, or extracurricular initiatives.
