Supply Chain Leadership Development Program - Business Track (June 2027)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; the manufacturing rotation may require relocation to another U.S. plant, and travel is required for program activities.

Salary: $55,600–$98,900, $61,100–$108,800, or $66,700–$118,700 annually, depending on the U.S. compensation zone.

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations across technical, manufacturing, and business supply chain functions.
• Gain technical experience in quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project management.
• Support U.S. plant operations through process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement, including supervisory responsibility.
• Perform logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, partners, internal teams, external facilities, and cross-functional groups.
• Complete leadership development programming and actively pursue leadership experiences.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming graduate of a four-year undergraduate program with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, economics, logistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Not currently enrolled in a master’s degree program.
• Previous supply chain, business, or manufacturing experience is preferred; a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
