Logistics Operations New College Grad (Supply Chain)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; onsite role with frequent travel to customer and supplier locations

What you will do

• Support daily onsite logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, material movements, inventory transactions, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, material handlers, transportation providers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Verify that third-party logistics providers follow material handling, transportation, and returns processes.
• Monitor returns from manufacturing sites to approved cleaning vendors and identify delays, damage, discrepancies, and process deviations.
• Assist with inventory verification, cycle counts, material audits, operational metrics, and status reporting.
• Support compliance, issue escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operational locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
• Ability to follow established processes, identify operational issues, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with logistics partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently; travel is expected approximately 25% of the time.
