Production Planning Analyst

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global facility in Brownwood, Texas, United States. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $84,595–$103,394 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Manage supply plans by purchasing raw materials, scheduling production, and controlling finished-goods inventory across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with hirify.global locations, external suppliers, manufacturing teams, and business functions to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Analyze and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analyses to support data-driven decisions.
• Optimize production lot sizes, production cycles, and safety stocks to balance inventory and customer service.
• Work with supply and demand planners to prioritize constraints, respond to forecasts, and meet customer requirements.
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least two years of supply chain experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience with Factory Planner or another MRP or ERP application is beneficial.
• Project management, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience teaching, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams through projects.
