is a global powersports manufacturer producing off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, boats, electric vehicles, parts, garments, and accessories.
What you will do
- Complete a two-year rotational program across Operations Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Take on assignments such as logistics analysis, production supervision, buying, material flow analysis, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, and lean operations.
- Plan, lead, and execute projects aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and improve product and process performance to raise quality and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement solutions that advance manufacturing processes.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects addressing real-world operational challenges.
Requirements
- Be pursuing or completing a BS, BA, MS, or MBA in engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships or co-op placements.
- Willingness to relocate to different roles and company locations during the rotational program.
- Long-term mobility beyond the rotational program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Former employees must be eligible for rehire; current employees must be in good standing.
