Manager, Supply Chain Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze shipping, receiving, inventory, and return data to identify root causes and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve product flow and support sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Develop recommendations for supply chain disruptions, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates while resolving escalated stakeholder issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience optimizing merchandise flow, supply chain networks, and operational performance.
• Leadership experience managing teams, mentoring associates, and supporting performance excellence.
• Strong data analysis, supplier relationship management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to use lean concepts and end-to-end costing to drive process improvements.

Nice to have

• Fleet management, dispatch, network analysis, or retail logistics operations experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Six Sigma certification.
