Replenishment Analyst (Walmart/Sam's Club)

Location: Remote - Arkansas, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annually, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze replenishment, sales, inventory, and financial data to support Walmart and Sam’s Club operations.
• Build demand forecasts with Sales and upload forecasts into corporate systems.
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to identify trends, exceptions, and ordering anomalies.
• Monitor data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across Walmart systems, warehouses, and corporate records.
• Manage item dimensions in Walmart systems and ensure alignment with inventory and warehouse data.
• Partner with Sales, Inventory Management, Finance, product management, and customers to communicate findings and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Applied Statistics.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics.
• Direct experience with Walmart tools such as Scintilla, NOVA, and Supplier One.
• Experience analyzing and reporting sales or inventory data to identify issues, trends, exceptions, and root causes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print setup.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of experience in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
