Manager, Learning And Development - Facilitation

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead learning delivery for Marketplace Seller Support and Risk, including onboarding, upskilling, launches, and ongoing capability development.
• Define facilitator standards, certification requirements, train-the-trainer practices, and delivery quality expectations.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Workforce Management, Product, and external vendors.
• Measure facilitator and program effectiveness using learner feedback, observations, readiness, and performance data.
• Coach and develop facilitators while building bench strength and succession readiness.
• Establish governance and quality controls to improve consistency, scalability, reinforcement, and performance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in adult learning, training content development, or a related area, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading facilitation and learning programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, operational leadership, and people leadership skills.
• Strong instructional design and content development experience.
• Experience defining facilitator standards, certifications, train-the-trainer programs, and delivery expectations.
• Ability to use learner feedback, observations, and performance data to improve outcomes across learning platforms, delivery models, and vendor environments.

Nice to have

• Instructional design software experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
