What you will do

• Own technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities, from discovery through validation and close.
• Lead discovery to identify business problems, workflows, technical requirements, success criteria, decision drivers, and risks.
• Translate customer needs into solution architectures connected to measurable workplace and business outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Navigate enterprise architecture discussions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, employee data, Microsoft 365, and security.
• Use and verify AI-generated research, solution designs, documentation, customer deliverables, and reusable team workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS.
• Experience owning technical and solution strategy in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Strong discovery, presentation, storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on professional fluency with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools, including output verification and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate with end users, technical teams, business leaders, and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with IWMS, workplace technology, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPs, or technical evaluations.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security and privacy, AI agents, or prompt design.
