Information Security Engineer (Cloud Security)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 71,400–105,660 per year at the start of employment; additional bonus and/or equity may be available.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve security systems across endpoint, network, cloud, data security, and SOC environments.
• Manage EDR, DLP, CSPM, NSM, SIEM, SOAR, and related enterprise security platforms.
• Identify configuration gaps, manage vulnerabilities, automate asset discovery, and support patching and risk reviews.
• Review security events, firewall change requests, and technical changes across Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, and studio teams.
• Map defenses and monitoring capabilities to MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Develop security automation and scripting, contribute to incident response, and support AI Security control reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in security analysis, security engineering, or network security engineering.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response platforms, enterprise security infrastructure, SIEM, SOAR, and DLP.
• Knowledge of security threat frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP.
• Programming and automation experience with Python, C, C++, C#, PowerShell, or VBScript.
• Ability to analyze enterprise security concepts and work in a results-oriented environment.
