Autonomy Portfolio Manager

Location: Full-time onsite at the Irving, Texas office (Dallas), United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year

What you will do

• Run the portfolio operating rhythm, including reviews, agendas, decision paths, action closure, and escalations.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps and governance views across objectives, requirements, epics, features, milestones, dependencies, evidence, forecasts, and controlled changes.
• Integrate product, technical, engineering, finance, procurement, communications, and partner inputs into decision-ready portfolio views.
• Operate financial governance reviews using funding, supplier, forecast, statement-of-work, and invoice information.
• Coordinate cross-domain and external dependencies, connecting impacts to milestones, owners, escalation paths, decisions, and closure evidence.
• Prepare executive decision narratives and recommendations while coordinating portfolio operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of tactical and strategic planning, portfolio management, project administration, change control, reporting, and governance.
• Experience leading portfolio or program governance across multiple technical teams, programs, suppliers, or partner organizations.
• Ability to integrate technical delivery, roadmaps, capacity, financials, procurement, risks, dependencies, and partner information for senior-leadership decisions.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI, or comparable portfolio and work-management tools.
• Must work full-time onsite in Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.
