Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead (Lean Portfolio Management)

Location: Remote Texas; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Shape and enable portfolio operating models, Agile Release Train design, and enterprise Ways of Working.
• Advise SVPs, VPs, portfolio leaders, and business and technology stakeholders on transformation strategy, organizational design, priorities, and execution.
• Assess delivery challenges, stakeholder impacts, change readiness, flow efficiency, and value delivery using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Build transformation roadmaps, drive sponsor engagement, and measure adoption and change intervention effectiveness.
• Develop Release Train Engineers and tooling subject matter experts while mentoring leaders, Product Managers, Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
• Lead Lean improvement activities, Value Stream Mapping, problem-solving workshops, training, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas and able to work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• At least 8 years of experience enabling business and technology portfolios and advising senior leaders.
• Active SAFe SPC 6.0 certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Strong expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile at scale, change management, value streams, Agile Release Trains, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management certification.
• Experience with Jira Align or Azure DevOps.
• Healthcare, software development lifecycle, or product development lifecycle experience.
• Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporation.
