Portfolio Enablement Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution and adoption of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across assigned portfolios.
• Design portfolio operating models, Agile Release Train structures, value-stream alignment, and governance frameworks.
• Develop portfolio transformation strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Advise SVPs, VPs, directors, and portfolio leaders on investment alignment, prioritization, organizational design, and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct portfolio assessments, facilitate executive planning and decision-making sessions, and address systemic risks and constraints.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and development of Senior Portfolio Enablement Leads and transformation practitioners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio leadership, organizational design, or operational excellence.
• Strategic advisory experience with executive leadership and deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile-at-scale methodologies, and enterprise operating model design.
• Experience defining, implementing, and governing portfolio standards across multiple portfolios or enterprise domains.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale portfolio transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced executive facilitation, communication, influence, coaching, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio management and Agile lifecycle tools, including Jira Align and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 6.0) and Advanced SPC certification, or willingness to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Prosci Change Management certification or an equivalent advanced change leadership certification.
• Experience in an enterprise Agile or Lean Center of Excellence, healthcare or another highly regulated industry, or a Fortune 100 organization.
• Leadership experience in enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
