Production Planner (SAP)

Location: On-site in Voorheesville, United States

Salary: $26.00–$34.00 per hour, plus an annual bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Coordinate materials, information, internal and external logistics, and production activities to support manufacturing and customer orders.
• Maintain production schedules and convert planned orders into production orders.
• Coordinate material and routing data in SAP and support production planning systems.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams to meet project milestones.
• Process engineering changes, non-conformance reports, inspection notifications, and production documentation.
• Monitor job progress and provide updates to support schedule adherence and customer commitments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, scheduling, or a similar function.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, production scheduling, or material planning processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn and work with manual and computerized production planning systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Voorheesville, United States.
