Associate Shop Floor Control

Hourly wage: $38.46–$57.69 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track work orders through production, including closure and de-issuance processes.
• Pull kits, stage materials, manage kanban replenishment, and execute point-of-use material movements.
• Act as the floor contact for material-status questions and expedite shortages identified by Planning.
• Track work-in-progress, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy between the warehouse and production floor.
• Escalate material shortages, provide floor-consumption signals to Planning, and coordinate engineering-change execution with Manufacturing Engineering and the warehouse.
• Maintain material-execution SOPs and improve floor material flow, staging, and rack-space utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production control, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams in warehouse and office environments.
• Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control and government-contract eligibility requirements, including U.S. Person status or an approved license or exception.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting regulated or high-value products.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
