Release Train Engineer/Cross Mission Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Irving, Texas office in the United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Lead integrated release planning and maintain reconciled execution plans across mission teams.
• Operate critical paths, dependencies, forecasts, recovery triggers, and owner validation.
• Run cross-team execution cadences, readiness forums, milestone reviews, and Go/No-Go preparation.
• Manage dependency flow, change control, replanning, risks, decisions, commitments, and closure evidence.
• Reconcile Azure DevOps, integrated plans, and reporting data while identifying conflicts and data-quality issues.
• Drive systemic impediment removal, continuous improvement, and concise execution reporting for portfolio and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of program management, planning, change control, project control, reporting, and problem management.
• Ability to create integrated executable plans with credible sequencing, dependencies, checkpoints, and recovery paths.
• Experience aligning technical and business stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience integrating complex programs across multiple teams, technical domains, suppliers, or partner organizations.
• Experience with integrated plans, critical paths, dependency systems, readiness reviews, and recovery cadences.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or comparable work-management tools, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
